ORGANICA DELUXE SHIPPING POLICIES

HOLIDAY NOTICE: Organica Deluxe is taking orders now and will resume shipping on January 5, 2009.

We are located in the East Coast and most East Coast and Middle States Ground deliveries will take 2-3 business days via UPS Ground. West Coast UPS Ground usually takes 5-7 business days.

Please call if you have shipping concerns.

 
Shipping gifts to arrive in mint condition is of the upmost importance to us and to the people who will receive them.  Sending perishable items like flowers and chocolates and cookies require special attention.  Please familiarize yourself with our shipping policies before you order.

Flowers - Should be sent Overnight Delivery

So that the freshest flowers can arrive at your doorstep, we send our flowers next day delivery. In order to process your order for next day delivery, orders must be placed by 1:00 pm EST.

We deliver flowers Tuesday – Friday so that the flowers are never left in our warehouse or trucks over the weekend. Based on Veriflora flower stock, we may subsitute to a fresher varietal in the same color family in order to expedite shipping.

We highly recommend that you provide an address at which someone will be present to receive the package during normal business hours. If no one is available at the time of delivery, the package will be left at the door.

Rates

The specific standard overnight rate will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and zip code. Organica Deluxe will not charge a handling fee to this rates.

Organica Deluxe recognizes that sometimes every day counts when ordering a gift online. Our team will make every effort to ship your gift within 2 business days of purchase. Please feel free to contact us or indicate any specific delivery request in the Special Instructions/ Shipping Request during the checkout process.

Future Date Deliveries

We are happy to take orders for future delivery dates. Please indicate your request in the Special Instructions/Shipping Request during the checkout process.

Rates

Our non-perishable gifts can be shipped through a variety of speeds. Our site calculates shipping rates at checkout based on speed, weight and zip code. Organica Deluxe will not charge a handling fee to these rates.

Complimenary Signature Packaging

There are no additional fees for our environmentally-friendly signature Organica Deluxe shipping box and aqua paper.

Personalized Note

You will have the opportunity to send a personalized note with each gift you purchase.

Tracking

We will send a tracking number to your email address so you can track your gift as it travels.
We regret that at the present time we cannot make deliveries to addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or the US Virgin Islands, nor can we deliver to an APO, FPO or a P.O. Box address.

Our Wine Policy

You must be 21 years of age to purchase wine from Organica Deluxe. We cannot ship wine to the following states: Alaska, Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Hawaii, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Montana, New Jersey, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Tennessee, and Utah.

In all other states, delivery requires signature from recipient age 21 or over. We highly recommend that you provide an address at which someone will be present to receive the package during normal business hours. If no one is available at the time of delivery, the package can not be left for FedEx  and UPS both require an adult signature on all wine deliveries.  

Our Return Policy
We are a boutique that takes special care in sending all our packages and ask for all purchasers to do the same. Please check addresses and make sure recievers will be in town for alcohol signatures.

We do not refund packages containing perishable goods. 

If other non-perishable packages are returned to us because of an address problem, we will attempt to resend and charge shipping + $10 handling fee.    

If for some reason, Organica Deluxe has made an error in shipping, we will correct and remail at our cost.
